Slackjaw Apparel £250 Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Slackjaw Apparel Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

  • This giveaway is open to entrants worldwide, aged 18 years or over.

  • Employees of Slackjaw Apparel Ltd, their close relatives, or anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

  • Entrants are responsible for ensuring their participation is lawful in their country of residence. Any taxes, customs duties, or import fees associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

3. How to Enter

  • Entry is made by submitting a valid email address via the official giveaway entry form on the Slackjaw Apparel website or designated landing page.

  • An additional entry can be obtained by providing a valid mobile number, which may be used by Slackjaw Apparel Ltd to contact you via WhatsApp or SMS for marketing purposes (subject to your consent).

  • Only one entry per person per entry method is permitted.

  • The giveaway opens on the date it is published and closes at 11:59 PM GMT on Sunday, 14 December 2025. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

4. Prize

  • The prize is a £250 Slackjaw Apparel gift card, redeemable only on the Slackjaw Apparel online store.

  • The prize:

    • Cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.

    • Is valid for one-time use only (any unused balance will be forfeited).

    • May be subject to an expiry date of 12 months from the date of issue.

  • Slackjaw Apparel Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.

  • The winner will be announced on Monday, 15 December 2025, via Slackjaw Apparel’s official social media channels and contacted directly by email (or phone if applicable).

  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, Slackjaw Apparel Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

  • The prize will be issued electronically to the winner’s registered email address.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

  • By entering, you agree that Slackjaw Apparel Ltd may collect and process your personal data (email address and, if provided, mobile number) for the purposes of administering this giveaway and, where you consent, for marketing communications via email, WhatsApp, or SMS.

  • Your data will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Slackjaw Apparel’s Privacy Policy.

  • You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

7. General

  • Slackjaw Apparel Ltd reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

  • The decision of Slackjaw Apparel Ltd regarding any aspect of the giveaway is final and binding.

  • This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, or any other platform used to promote it.

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
