It's London Cocktail Week this week and with that, we'll be bringing you a selection of our personal favourite cocktails every day! Lets kick things off with this bad boy!

One of our favourites, a cold version of the classic hot toddy!
Ingredients
- 2 parts Bourbon ( Makers Mark / Four Roses always a good choice )
- 3/4 part lemon juice
- 3/4 part honey
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker a fill with ice.
- Shake vigorously until honey combines fully with liquid.
- Strain into rocks glass with fresh ice.
